Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 21. In the Vend case, Mr Mitchell admitted that during 190(5-7 people had experienced difficulty in obtaining the class of coal they wanted. That was in consequence of the exceptionally large demand for foreign markets, but there was no suggestion "of any difficulty since 1908.
