THE BARLOW APPEAL CASE. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 21. The Racing Appeal Court judges, Sir Ueorge Clifford and Messrs Miller and Stringer, have given their decision in the .ippeal by the Egmont Eaeaing Club against the decision of the Taranaki committee regarding the disqualification of Robert Barlow. The judges are satisfied that the case is governed by the, previous decision in the Julian case, a copy of which is forwarded by the judicial committee of the Egmont Club, which, in the opinion of the judges, was duly constituted. The judges, therefore, refer tha matter back to the judicial committee in order that thoy may re-hear the case on the lines indicated in the judgment before referred to.

am pleased to state that the Commission iound our course and appurtenances in such an efficient state that they decided that this Club should remain. It'is the intention of the Committee to spend between £2OO and £'M) at once to further increase the conveniences of the public. The Club's property and training tracks are all in pood order. The thanks of the Club are due to the .honorary officials for their services during the past year, especially the Course Committee, who have made monthly visits to the. racecourse.
