IN THE MATTER of a Bill.to vest certain iands in the Wanganui Harbour Board "JOTICE is hereby given that it is in- * tended to present to the General Assembly of New Zealand at the next ensuing session thereof a Bill to be intituled "The Wansanui Harbour Board Vesting Act 1911."" The object which the said Bill is intended to effect is to vest lands described in the Schedule in the Wanganui Harbour Board for the purposes for which such Board is constituted and subject to the provisions of the Harbours Act 1908 and its amendments. A copy of the said Bill and a plan of the land affected thereby arc deposited "at the Magistrate's Court at Wanganui and are iio\" open at that place to public inspection. ALL THAT piece or parcel of land in the Wellington Land District containing by admeasurement eleven (11) acres three (3) roods twenty-live decimal six (25.6) perches more or less being Reserve 104 and part of Cliff Road- Town of Oastlccliff and bounded as follows, viz.: --Commencing at the Northern corner of.
