THEN HE COT OUT. The irritable passenger, having seen four trains come in, had settled down comfortably in tho fifth, when he found that his luggage was still on tho platform. Calling tho porter, ho angrily demanded to know why the luggage had not been put in the train, as ho had ordered. “Ah,” repiled the porter, “ycr luggage isna’ so daft as you; it’s wailing nntil tho right train comes in.”
