TO-MORROW’S REP. MATCH,

The match to be played on the Rec. to-morrow, commencing at 2.15 o’clock, between Awarua and Wanganui, is likely to attract a big crowd of spectators. The visiting combination is a very strong allround one, including as it does some fine dashing forwards, with plenty of weight and pace, while the backs arc a fast and fairly clever lot. In the circumstances to-morrow's game should be a very interesting struggle, as the Wanganui team is a good one, and the play should be made fast and open on both sides. The supporters of the Awarua team are very hopeful of seeing their boys heat Wanganui to-morrow, while several local enthusiasts who have seen some of the games played at Taihape this season predict that the Wanganui players will ho thoroughly extended by the 'visitors. Everything points therefore, to a very even and exciting battle, and some " good football should be witnessed.
