Mr. Longman, the publisher, in a letter to the Times, says the Copyright Bill saves the right to the domimons to repeal or amend its application within their spheres. He raises the points as to how British authorities and artists can obtain toe best terms from the dominions. The latter may tamper with the copyright by compelling local manufacture. He urges that Britishers should enjoy identical benefits in the dominions as in England.
