A.B.C. MISS BULL’S PAIR-OAR TROPHIES. ■ 'Hie last heat of this competition was rowed last night, F. McLean defeating L. Cannon by two lengths. Getting sharply off the mark, McLean quickly established a length’s lead, which he maintained to about quarter way. Here Cannon overhauled him, and the crews rowed level till the half-way post, where McLean began to draw away again. He continued to increase his lead, finally winning by the amount stated) A. Phillips and F. -McLean will meet in tho semi-final to-night, as also will A. Morshead and P. Thomson. Good races are expected in, both cases. W.R.G, DUSTIN FOURS. The first heats, for the above were rowed on Tuesday evening, when..Collier’s crew beat A. Woon’s by a canvas, after a very fine race. S. Woon’s crew then met ami defeated Marshall’s crew by half a canvas after another close race. Last evening crows stroked by Slipper and Spurdle met, with the result that the former got home by half a length.
