AUCTION SALE OF DESIRABLE BUILDING SITES, ADJOINING THE GONVILLE ELECTRIC TRAM ROUTE. An Important auction sale of desitanls building si'es, adjacent to the Gonville electric tram route, will be held in Messrs C. 1,. Duigan and Co.’s rooms on Saturday, April Bth, on which date *he above firm will offer 16 first-class building sites fronting Dempsey Road and the newly formed Toi Street, and being part of the Dempsey /Estate. The sections are all first-class, dry, healthy sites, and range in area from three-eighths of an acre to 1J acres. Each section has an extensive road frontage. The title is Land Transfer, and very easy terms will be given, including assistance to build. As the trams will be running ■within a few yards of these sections shortly, and they are within easy distance of the new College, golf links, etc., they are well worth inspection.
