AUCTION SALE OF DESIRABLE BUILDING SITES, ADJOINING THE GONVILLE ELECTRIC TRAM ROUTE. An Important auction sale of desitanls building si'es, adjacent to the Gonville electric tram route, will be held in Messrs C. 1,. Duigan and Co.’s rooms on Saturday, April Bth, on which date *he above firm will offer 16 first-class building sites fronting Dempsey Road and the newly formed Toi Street, and being part of the Dempsey /Estate.
