In the Federal Arbitration' Court the president, warmly rebuked counsel appearing on behalf of respondents in the engineers’ dispute for alleging that members of the Union not only broke agreements with impunity, but were encouraged by the Government. The president declined to listen to such remarks, and said he would not allow the Government to he spoken about in such a disrespectful and extravagant way.
