Press Association.—Telegraph.—Copyright. MELBOURNE, March 30. The report of the Administrator of Papua for. the year ended Juno 30, shows that the progress, of the territory is steady and satisfactory. The white population has increased from 690 to 879, and the native labourers employed number from 2000 to 2532. The ,time is not far distant when the Territory will be able to meet all financial obligations without Commonwealth subsidy.
