RAIN IN THE SOUTH.
(Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, March 30. The drought has broken up, copious rains having fallen since 9 o’clock last night. The registered - rainfall was 17 points up till S o’clock this morning. OAMAEU, March 30. Rain lasting all night fell over a considerable portion of the North Otago district.
