FOOTBALL.
We understand that, Mr G, H. Pownall has been approached with a view to his taking over the secretaryship of . the Rugby Union, which Mr R. Dunkley is vacating, and that he has signified his willingness to accept the, position. At a largely attended meeting of Old Boys, held in the school library fast evening, it was decided to enter teams for the senior and third class competitions this season.
