The qualifications for enrolment are the same as apply in a borough, and-include; the .provisions of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, namely, that ■all residents of one year in New Zealand, who have resided in the Town District during the three’ months last' past, and are British subjects either by birth or by naturalisation, and who are over the age'of 21' years..
