A.B.C. MISS BULL'S PAIR-OAR TROPHIES. The competition for these trophies was advanced another stage last evening, when P. Thomson defeated A. Holmes, who did not finish. Thomson beat the pistol badIv, gaining a length’s advantage, to which ho was' certainly n.it entitled. Holmes, finding himself unable to overhaul the leader, gave up at about thrcc-quaiter way. A. Godfrey and A. Phillips will meet tonight, when a sterling contest is expected.
