MASTERTON SITTINGS. (Per United Press Association.) MASTERTON, March 28. At the Supreme Court Leo Barker was found guilty on a charge of arson, and was admitted to probation for four months. He was ordered to pay the costs, £lO. In the case of Anders Olsen, of Eketahuna. y Thomas Gwyn-Williams, of Canterbury, claim for specific performance regarding the purchase of a farm for £2768, the defence admitted the material allegations in the claim, and counsel moved for judgment on the pleadings, which was granted, and an order made for payment of the amount of claim, with costs.
