Two were killed and 13 injured in a Sanic in the Hippodrome Picture Palace, [iddlesborough. Sparks were notie i 1 in - the neighbourhood of an electric fan in a ''gallery containing 1000, mostly young people. Immediately the occupants of the upper seats rushed the exit below, in the vicinity of the stage. A crush resulted at the doorway, but the audience had partly recovered from the first alarm, thus facilitating extractions from the crush.
