A.sensation was caused in the House of Lords by Lord Lansdowne postponing mov-ing-his Reform Bill until after Easter, and he will move on Thursday that a humble address be presented asking King George’s sanction'to introduce a Bill limiting the prerogatives and powers of the Crown conohrning the creation and summoning of hew peers.
