WOMEN IN PARLIAMENT.
FIRST FEMALE MEMBER OF NORWEGIAN HOUSE.
LONDON, March 25. A Christiania message says that Miss Rogstaa, the first woman representative in the Norwegian Storthing, made her maiden speech in the House yesterday. The entire assembly, rose to their feet when she commenced to epeak. The lady M.P, predicted that the movement for the political enfranchisement of women was bound to succeed, and would result in many reforms.
