OTTAWA, March 25: Speaking at Hamilton, Ontario, Mr Clifford Sifton said that reciprocity would mean that Canada would have to relinquish her present powerful position in the British markets in order to compete with the United States markets, and that the Americans would then capture the British markets. NEW YORK, March 25. Senator Communions intends proposing amendments to the reciprocity agreement when Congress resumes, in order to secure for certain manufactures benefiting farmers free admittance from Canada.
