SAILORS’ FOOD. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 23. The firemen and greasers on the Union Company's Arahura struck at breakfasttime to-day, alleging that certain articles of food they were entitled to under the award were not supplied to them. The matter was referred to Captain Stringer, Assistant-Superintendent of Mercantile Marine, who decided in favour of the men, who turned to again shortly before noon.
