FINING OF STRIKERS.
A JUDGE’S REMARKS. Press Association .—Telegraph .—Copyright. Received March 25, 9.0 a.m. SYDNEY, March 25. Judge Heydon, in imposing the fines on the Carcoar strikers, said he hated his jurisdiction requiring the imposing of penalties on men who, except for these breaches of the industrial law, were thoroughly decent and respectable. He was sure if the Unions would only form among themselves a resolution that there should be no strikes, their members, however dissatisfied, would be restrained by the Unions, which were really the responsible bodies for breaches. ■ ■ .
