In the House of Commons Mr Asquith stated that a Licensing Bill on the lines of the 1908 Bill, an urgent measure, will be introduced immediately the Parliament Bill is passed. MINISTERIAL CHANGES. _ , LONDON, March 24. It is officially announctd that Lieut.Colonel Seely will become Under-Secre-tary for War and Lord Lucas Under-Secre-tary for the Colonies, the position now occupied by Lieut.-Colonel Seely.
PROTEST BY RADICALS. Eeceivod March 25, 9.0 a.m. LONDON, March 24. A meeting’ of Eadical members of the House of Commons jirotested against the waste of time in considering concessions to unionists, thereby retarding the Parliament Bill. ,
