(Per United Press Association). WELLINGTON, March 23. The Council .of the' Now -Zealand Football Association this evening revised their rules. Hie Council will in future consist of seven,, elected at the annual meeting of delegates.. The- allocation .of net gate money at the Brown. Tire Dannevirke Sub-Union forwarded an appeal against the decision of the Hawke s ay Union in removing a disqnalificati m imposed by the sub-union.
