The local Anzeiger’s St. Petersburg correspondent says that Trepoff and Durnova, whose intrigues caused Stolypin’a temporary defeat, henceforth will be excluded from the Council’of the Empire. Count Stolypin has withdrawn his resignation, and retains the Premiership.
