FEDERAL PREMIER’S SUPPORT. ■SYDNEY, March 23. The Hon. A. Fisher, Federal Premier, regards with great favour the arbitration treaty between, Britain and America. He said he is prepared to go much further, and added: It has not only our moral, but distinctly our positive support. Anything the Government can do to spread the belief in International arbitration it will do. GERMAN OPINION. "Dreams and Hallucinations.’’ Received March 24, 10.30 a.m, ’ BERLIN, March 23. Professor Schiemann, the Kaiser’s confidential adviser on Weltpolitik, declares that President Taft’s and Sir Edward Grey’s ideas are dreams and hallucinations.
