CONSPIRATORS FOILED.

PLOT TO KILL VISCOUNT TERA'NCHI. I TOKLO, March 20. A plot for the assassination of Viscount Teranchi, Japanese Govcrriof-Gene-ral of Korea, has just been thwarted in Seoul. The conspirators had planned to dynamite a train by which the GovernorGeneral was going to travel, but a secret, letter_ falling into, the ' hands of an American ' missionary, the plot was revealed. ■ s ’ Forty arrests have been made, among those; captured being the ringleader, Ammihgken, who is a cousin of the Koreaiyby whom Prince Ito was assassinated in Manchuria in the latter part of 1909; , Many of the conspirators fled to Siberia, and 1 Japan wilt at once ask for their extradition.
