The qualifications for enrolment arc the same as apply in a borough, and include the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1910, namely, that all residents of one year in New Zealand, who have resided in the Town District during the three mouths last past, and are British subjects cither by birth or by naturalisation, and who arc over the age of 21 years. This applies to those of both sexes, whether resident at home or in lodgings, who have not hitherto been included. The Roll will be closed at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the 12th day of April, 1911, and claims for enrolment must ho made on or before that date.
