LUCKY MINERS.
FRENCH WORKMEN EARN £48,300 BONUS. PAEIS, March 19. A considerable time ago the miners at Morceaux demanded increases of wages, but the Blanzy Company replied that this was impossible, and offered the men an annual bonus equivalent to half of any increase in tlie dividend. To-morrow the men will divide, according to merit, £48,000, which is their share lor the year under the new 7 system.
