ROSS GOLDFIELDS.
COMPANY RECONSTRUCTED. (Per United Press Association). WELLINGTON, January 18. H. R. Vickery, liquidator of the Ross Goldfields, Ltd., reports that, in response to his circular embodying the reconstruction proposal, nearly 00,000 pound shares in the Ross Goldfields Reconstructed Limited have been applied for up to the present. It is proposed to register the new company immediately, and resume operations. Shares unapplied for will first bo offered to existing shareholders.
