Also .preliminary , arrangements will bo made for the Boy:Scouts’ concert, which is to take place at the end of the month, wljen the drawing-of .numbers for the Good Turn Art Union will take place. All unsold tickets and blocks must ■- be brought along, and monies handed over, in order that they may be checked by the executive. It is also intended ifr re-form patrols as soon as possible, and form a branch of Senior Scout Cadets for boys between the ages of 14 arid 18 years, and anyone of that age wishing to join the Boy Scouts should present themselves as soon as possible, in order that they may qualify before compulsory service with the Territorials takes place. It is hoped a large number between tho age of 14 and 18 years will avail themselves of the advantages the Boy Scout movement offers iu this direction, as service will count the same as with the Senior Cadets. Boy Scouts’ work is interesting and instructive, as it embraces moro than the ordinary military work by imparting a knowledge of good citizenship, which is embodied in the laws of the Boy Scouts, and must bo observed by every one wishing to be a member of the Boy Scout organisation or Senior Scout Cadets, which will be the senior branch of Boy Scouts in future.
