NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Council, held at tho offices of the Council on the 2Gth day of April, 1910, IT WAS EESOLVED that the Council should, by Special Order, declare that the roadway being a private street within the meaning of Section 152, Subsection 2 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and known as Hatrick Street, and running through part of the Whanganui College Estate within the Borough of Wanganui, containing one (1) acre and twenty-five (25) perches more or loss, being part of .the Whanganui College Estate aforesaid, and being that piece of land shown as Hatriok Street aforesaid on a plan deposited in the Deeds Eegistry Office at Wellington as No. 261.
