ALLEGED ATTEMPTED MURDER
FATHER AND SON
(Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 23.
At the Police Court, Henry James Hansen was charged with attempting ,o murder his son at Ngunguru, and was remanded to appear at Whangarei on April 26th. The accused’s solicitor stated that the :n----jured son was out of danger, and he asked for bail. The police opposed the application, urging that the assault was of a murderous character without any suggestion of drink. The application was not pressed.
