Scouts at an encampment at Lower Ilutt,- Acting- .< Lieutenant Houston has bcon-..dißn(ijsecd. ;Tluv trouble occurred on February O.hbctween, Captain J. Dalrymplo, who wad iu command of the Dominion Scouts, and'iAct-;ing-Lientcnaut Houston. A military oiiiirt .of inquiry was set up to consider the-case, ■•consisting of Colonel Campbell, Major ..'Courtney, and Captain Essen. Then Court • took evidence and furnished a report to tho Government. The report was considered by tho Cabinet, and tho recommendation of tho Court forwarded to the Governor in. the usual way. The result now is that instructions have been' given in accordance with the report of the Military Court for the dismissal of Acting-Lieuten-ant Houston.
