Press Association—Telegraph.— CopyrightNEW YORK, March 29. Admiral. Hubbard reports that the accident to the Charleston- at Olano-apo Island was due. to the premature discharge of a 3in gun. The breechblock was blown across the deck. Bight men were killed and several injured.
