AUCKLAND GAS COMPANY.
REDUCTION IN PRICE. (P n r United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, January 25. The directors of the Auckland Gas Company have decided to reduce the price of gas threepence per .1000 feet, the present price being 5s 4d less the cash discount of 10d per thousand, and to recommend an increase in the dividend of a shilling per annum. The first concession represents £6oo ( ' per year, and the latter absorbs £2OOO.
