The Congress has called a special lnopting of the Lumpers' Union on Monday to consider an offer of the manager of the P. and O. Company to withdraw th n Palermo.* crew trom working the coal if the lumpem will reconsider their decision and consent to handle the coal. Tho strike leaders will explain the position at Monday's meeting.
