LONDON, December 3
A number of African sportsmen have offered, through the British South Africa Company, ,£IOOO for a sculling match between R. Arnst, the world's champion, and Ernest Barry, 'the English champion, to be rowked on the Zambesi River, Victoria Falls, in August next the winner to take £7^U. Barry has accepted the offer. Tom Sullhan is willing to accompany him as trainer. Guy Nickalls, the well-known amateur Sculler, will control the race.
