Mutiny at Barcelona.
MADRID, July 22,. "_ Tbe families of soldiers leaving Malaga for- Morocco made an endeavour to prevent the troop train from starting. Ten were injured in encounters with the police. A battalion at Barcelona,' Which was ordered to Melilla threatened to stab their officers. Some of the officers of the -troops in neighliouring barracks came to their assistance and managed to restore order.
