Sir, — At a certain Celestial's shop in Wanganui lives a &mail edition from the flowery land aged a very few years, and I regret to say the child has to put up with a good deal of teasing from some of the small fry that attend the nchool nearby. To-day, for instance, a number of youngsters went into the shop and bought a packet of crackers which, on getting outside, they set light to and threw back into the shop. Their yells of delight a 3 tiiey bolted round the nearest corner, liiingkd with the cries of terror of tho Chinos© child in the shop, standing in the midst of a perfect inferno of exploding crackers. Boys will be boys, of course, but children should be taught to have a little consideration or, shall I say, the rudiments of the universal brotherhood of man. — I am, etc., ENGLAND, n angaam, June 11.
