Holders are very steady on the Washington Bureau's report of a deficiency in the winter wheat crop of 40,000,000 bushels. Australian cargoes sold at 44s to 44s 9d. Steamer parcels, June shipment, are offering at 43s 9d. •Flour is quiet and prices unchanged. The American visible supply of wheat is 26,674,000 bushels. Copper — Three months J>3l ss. Tin— Spot .£136 2s 6d, three months .£136 2s 6d. Lead— .£l3 ss. Iron— ,£4B 10s -Jd. Svgar — German 10s 7d, first marks 12s 7d. At Bradford wool in quiet and prices unchanged. Butter is quiet. Danish Ills to 114e. There is little inquiry for colonial. Choicest Australian is nominally 96s to 98s. New Zealand 104s. Cheese is rather easier. New Zealand 64s to 608.
