A Theatrical Case.
(Per United Press Association.) WELLIIsGTON, June 11. F. B. Buesell, actor, biied Allan Hamilton to-day for J6IOO for alleged wrongful dismissal from the latter's theatrical company, now at the Wellington Opera House. The defence was that plaintiff was dismissed for drunkenness during a recent performance of "In the Ranks. Plaintiff emphatically denied this. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs.
