Dealings with the Meat Trust
MELBOURNE, June 11
The Attorney-General, referring to the ■possibility of the Chicago Meat Trust exploiting Australia, did not wish to say to what extent he could deal with the Trust till he knew the facts. The Anti-Tru&t Bill was directed against combinations injurious to the public, and ho thought they could face the situation.
