THE OHINEMURI LICENSING CASE
(Per United Press' Association.) NAPIER, April 23. Asked as to the likelihood of an appeal in the case of Cock and others v. Attor-ney-General and Judge Sim, Dr Ffndlay said no doubt the matter could* be taken to the Privy Couacilj- But he could not say what attitude the Government would take up. Although he was nominally de-, fendant, his position was a mere formal^ an*technical one.
