"THE LITTLE BREADWINNER."
Considering the inclemency of the weather, the management of the Meynell Dramatic Company are to be heartily congratulated on the excellent attendance at the Opera House last evening, when the popular melodrama, "The Little Breadwinner," was staged in a manner characteristic of the Company. Dressing, stagingj. «wiil general effects alike, left '*ttle to be desired, while the story was interpreted by skilful performers, whose efforts 4'egervedly won appreciation and applause. Tie cast was a xjowerful one, and few coinpaojes tould produce a piece like that of MBt mgntr ■with sucli finieli and completeness of detail. Little Queenie Williams, 4p "Meg," scored a decided success, and Mr ?. $. Atholwood in the important part qf , Lord Atholwood, thoroughly mainHined ids Reputation as an actor in the rank. Tne other principal parts were in capable hands.
