All protests must be in the hands of the Secretary within ten minutes after the dtcision of the race. 15. By the entry of or endeavouring to enter a horse, every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall he deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these rules, and to be barred from questioning the action or conduct of the Club, or other body hol&ing a sports meeting, or of any official of the vhib or such other body, in respect to such horse, or of any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided for in part XXX as per Rule 163. 1C All horses or ponies entered at the Meeting nlust be registered with the New Zealand Trotting Association prior to nomination. 17.
