(Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, April 22. R. Arnst has decided to row for the Championship of the World on the Wanganui River, Akaroa being abandoned owing to the risk of cold and rough weather. He will go to Wellington to-morrow by the Waikare. Arnst caught a severe cold after pacing his brother Jack in ,the Christcburch-Dun-edin cycling record, and has been confined to his bed for some days, but is now about again. _^_________.
