Abdication Demanded
/ CONSTANTINOPLE, April 20. Some Macedonians insist on tbe Sultan's abdication as a preliminary to negotiations between Nazim and the Government.
Tewfik, in the Chamber, explained that he assumed office in order to save the country and the constitution, which everybody believed was endangered by the recent events.
The Chamber unanimously postponed the discussion of his programme.
