LONDON, April 20

Mr Coghlan, Agent-General for New South Wales, in a letter in the Time 3in reply to an Australian correspondent's strictures, claims that the new South Wales office in London prevented thousands emigrating whose presence in Australia would not be of advantage to the latter.
