MEYNELL AND GUNN.
Messrs. Meynell and Gunn's dramatic orfl-anisation •will commence a. four nights' season in the Opera House on Tuesday evening next. Their initial production will be a new Australian play, written by an Australian author, Mr. Jo. Smitft. It is stated to be a very successful new drama of the early days on the Australian g-oldfields. Very fine scenic effects will be shown during the course of the , piece, especially in the third act, when a most realistic shipwreck takes place, and the rocket apparatus is used to save the lives of the passengers. "A Miner's Trust," will be staged on Tuesday; "Two Little Sailor Boys." on Wednesday. April 21st, and on Thursday and- Friday niffhts, "The Little Breadwinner" and "The Stepmother." will be put on. Popular prices. 45., 2s. Od., and Is. are advertised. The plan is now on view at H. I. Jones and Sons'.
