The Magistrate ordered Duncan Mclntyre Johnson to^be sent back to Melbourne. [Johnson was arrested at Plymouth, on arrival from Melbourne by the Suevic, on a charge of forging a telegram with intent to defraud the firm of Younghusband and Co., Melbourne. He admitted that he had committed the forgery on the spur of the moment, and intended to repay, but wanted it for his honeymoon. He was further charged with forging the endorsement to a cheque for £550, while defalcations in his accounts with the firm were also alleged.]
